Frequently asked questions

Can we use our own blasters, or do we have to rent yours?


You are welcome to use your own blasters and darts, but we ask that you book the “Bunker Only” rental package for our standard rental packages already include the rental of blasters and ammo with the bunkers.




What type of blasters and ammo do you provide in the rental packages?


We provide the Nerf Rival Takedown XX-800 Blasters with Rival Rounds (soft round balls) and the Nerf Elite 2.0 Commander RD-6 with Nerf Elite Darts. The number of blasters and ammo depends on the number of players and the package you select. We can also customize our package to fit your particular needs. Can we have a battle indoors or is it only outdoors?


As long as you are using a large enough space indoors or outside i.e. basements, front and back yards, recreation field and indoor gymnasiums, we can accommodate your needs. We are open to do events year-round for any occasion. Please give us a call to discuss your event to determine if we are a good fit for you.




Is there an age limit?


We are open to any age group from young kids to adults. However, the recommended starting age for players is 8 years old.




What kind of events do you service?


We are open to all kinds of events! I.e. birthday parties, athletic teams off-season team building, Company/corporate team building, family fun, family reunions, etc. we can practically do any event, please give us a call to discuss your needs.




What if the weather is bad on the day of my event/party?


Weather is something we all cannot control and if your event is scheduled for inclement weather, there are a few options. 1.) We can reschedule your rental for another date and time, 2.) move your rental time up to an earlier time or down to later time, 3.) cancel your rental, or 4.) proceed with your rental. Note, if you decide to cancel your event, you must notify us at least 14 days in advance prior to your scheduled event to cancel the rental and to receive a full refund of your deposit. If you cancel your rental between 13-7 days prior to your event, then a 50% refund of your deposit will be refunded. Cancelations within 6 days of your event, there will be no refunds. Cancellations within 48 hours of your event, there will be a $50.00 cancelation fee due.




How early do I need to reserve for my event?


We recommend putting your reservation in and paying your deposit at least 2 weeks in advance of your event date. The earlier the better especially during our peak season (spring, summer and fall).




How much is the deposit?


The deposit to secure your reservation is $100.00. This covers the inconvenience cost of cancellations for any reason (i.e. bad weather, sick child, etc.). Although, we will make every effort to work with you in trying to reschedule. If everything goes as scheduled on the day of your event, $50.00 will be applied to your balance due.
